Treatment sessions include resources which supplement therapy and you can keep for life. Mind & Motion is GDPR compliant and therapy notes are stored in a confidential location. Concessionary rates and block booking discounts available. A complimentary 15 minute initial psychotherapy consultation is available for those who are undecided on their mental health and wellbeing needs. For those clients who are funding via health insurance, please contact us directly and we will service your treatment accordingly.
