About
Aardra is an HCPC- and CSP-registered MSK physiotherapist with experience treating spinal, shoulder and lower-limb conditions. She combines evidence-based clinical reasoning with hands-on rehabilitation to help patients move better, recover from injury and build long-term resilience. She holds an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and has a particular interest in movement analysis, injury prevention and modern MSK assessment.
